High Street Capital is pleased to announce that Jeff Roberts has joined our operating team. Jeff will be responsible for working closely with management teams of portfolio companies to drive operational improvements, enhance profitability, and execute strategic growth initiatives.
Jeff brings extensive leadership experience in lean manufacturing, KPI-driven performance management, cross-functional leadership, and strategic business integration. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Crafts Technology, where he led the acquisition and integration of a nearby manufacturing company, optimizing operations through a complete layout redesign of over 100 machines and streamlining production flows for future growth. Prior to this, as Director of Design for Manufacturability at Hyperion, a KKR-owned business, he played a key role in M&A strategy, consolidating five precision manufacturing companies into a unified business. Within KKR’s private equity framework, Jeff helped drive operational synergies, align engineering and sales functions, and accelerate revenue and margin expansion to maximize enterprise value.

Jeff holds an MBA from Indiana University, a master’s in mechanical engineering from Purdue University, and a BSE in mechanical engineering from the University of Iowa. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
