We are pleased to announce the sale of CDNT, Inc (“Can-Do National Tape” or “CDNT”) to Zone Enterprises.
CDNT is a leading custom converter and distributor of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, foams, films, and other flexible materials to industrial markets.
This sale is the result of an effective partnership between High Street Capital and the Company’s management team, which began in 2014. Rick Winkel, CDNT’s President remarked, “High Street Capital was an outstanding partner during their ownership period, and we thank them for their support.

The sale of CDNT marks the sixth exit for High Street Capital IV.
