High Street Capital is pleased to announce Brian Peiser has joined the firm on the investing team. Brian will be responsible for originating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and working closely with the management teams of High Street Capital portfolio companies.
Brian has 25 years of experience in private equity investing and investment banking. Prior to joining High Street Capital, Brian was with the Edgewater Funds where he led and managed investments in a variety of industries including business and industrial services, manufacturing, and software. Prior to Edgewater, Brian worked for Lehman Brothers in the Investment Banking Division in New York and London. Previously, Brian worked with Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in New York advising client companies on strategic financing alternatives, capital raise opportunities, and valuation.

Brian received a B.S., cum laude with honors, in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A., with high distinction, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is married with four children and resides in Deerfield, IL.
