High Street Capital is pleased to announce that Steve Natali has joined the firm as a Principal. In this role, Steve will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing investments on behalf of High Street.
Steve brings 20 years of experience in private equity investing and investment banking. Prior to joining High Street Capital, Steve was with The Edgewater Funds, where he led investments in various sectors including business services, industrials, and healthcare. Before Edgewater, Steve worked in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. At J.P. Morgan, he focused on mergers and acquisitions for client companies in diversified industrial segments, including transportation, logistics, paper, packaging, and building products.

Steve holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Northwestern University, where he also played football. He lives in Park Ridge, IL with his wife and four children and remains active in coaching youth sports and other community activities.
